Our website uses industry best 256-bit SSL encryption to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. All payments made by credit card are protected by this encryption.
We understand selecting the correct item online can be difficult. We welcome an exchange or full refund on non-sale items if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, original labels attached & in original packaging and accompanied by receipt.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the preferred exchange item (Style/Colour/Size) you want so we can reserve it for you while we wait for the return of your original purchase.
A $12.00 postage & handling fee will be charged on all exchanges.
Faulty items: Studio Scene reserves the right to determine whether the item returned has a manufacturer fault. If deemed faulty a full replacement will be sent if stock is available or a full refund inc postage will be issued.
- Studio Scene is not responsible for delays in freight once items have left our store
- Customers are responsible for return postage charges
- Returns will be processed within 1 day of receiving your parcel
- Registered post is our recommended return method so you know where your parcel is and that it has been delivered. No responsibility will be taken by Studio Scene for non delivery of returns.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns of hosiery, hair accessories and undergarments. Exceptions to this rule are where the item is faulty or has been wrongly supplied.
- Pointe and Demi Pointe shoes can not be returned or exchanged. Exceptions to this rule are where the item is faulty or has been wrongly supplied.
- Online purchases must be returned to the address below.
- Refunds usually exclude postage costs. If we have sent you a faulty item or incorrectly picked an item we will gladly refund the full amount inc postage or send an exchange postage free. Change of mind will not receive a refund of postage costs.
